JUMP FEET FIRST INTO THE ARTS!
Dizzy Feet Foundation
We are excited to announce that our Chance to Dance program has received Dizzy Feet Foundation Community Program funding for 2013. As a direct result of this funding Chance to Dance has been able to extend our classes to 3 new schools; opening up the art of dance to many students right at their school. These students will also be performing in our 27th Annual performance at the Providence Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, May 15th, 2013 at 6:30pm.
DFF provides grants to community organizations and other tax-exempt entities in the United States, which provide dance education programs to children in low-income areas and disadvantaged communities. Through its grant recipients, DFF seeks to give children the experience of dance, to educate them about the many styles of dance, and to expose them to the lifelong benefits of dance.
